Many say “baking is like science” and there’s precision required to achieve the fluffiness, lightness, or crunchiness desired. That does not mean there is no room for experimentation. Flavor choices and combinations are all open. I love to combine sweet and savory, and always think of tasty and sometimes unusual combinations.

More than a trend, going for desserts with only plant-based ingredients has a lot of benefits. Because of lower fat contents it is better for your heart, and decreases the risk of developing diabetes. It is also better for the environment, and involves no animal suffering. I am passionate about “veganizing” desserts and show everyone that the taste does not have to suffer!
